Introduction du module
Bloc 1 – Devenir enseignant ELARAKI est un module obligatoire (2h à 2h30), évalué en continu, avec une trace obligatoire à déposer dans le portfolio.
À ELARAKI, la posture professionnelle précède la technique pédagogique. Ce module vise à installer une conviction claire :
mais avec ce que l’on est et ce que l’on donne à voir.
La posture de l’enseignant structure la relation éducative, conditionne l’autorité et influence durablement les élèves. Ce module vous amène donc à comprendre ce qu’est une posture professionnelle ELARAKI, à distinguer posture personnelle et posture professionnelle, à identifier les postures incompatibles avec l’école, et à apprendre à ajuster consciemment votre posture en situation réelle.
Les compétences ciblées correspondent au référentiel ELARAKI : respect de l’autre et éthique relationnelle, responsabilité professionnelle, leadership éducatif, exigence et exemplarité.
Block 1 – Becoming an ELARAKI Teacher
Module introduction
Block 1 – Becoming an ELARAKI Teacher is a mandatory module (2 to 2.5 hours), assessed continuously, with a required piece of evidence to be uploaded to the portfolio.
At ELARAKI, professional posture comes before teaching technique. This module aims to establish a clear conviction:
but with who you are and what you show.
The teacher’s posture structures the educational relationship, shapes authority, and has a lasting influence on students. This module therefore leads you to understand what an ELARAKI professional posture is, distinguish personal posture from professional posture, identify postures that are incompatible with the school, and learn to consciously adjust your posture in real situations.
The targeted competencies align with the ELARAKI framework: respect for others and relational ethics, professional responsibility, educational leadership, high standards, and role modeling.

الوحدة 1 – أن تصبح أستاذًا في ELARAKI هي وحدة إلزامية (من ساعتين إلى ساعتين ونصف)، بتقويم مستمر، مع أثر إلزامي يُودَع في ملف الإنجاز.
في ELARAKI، الوضعية المهنية تسبق التقنية البيداغوجية. تهدف هذه الوحدة إلى ترسيخ قناعة واضحة:
بل بما نكونه وبما نُظهره.
وضعية الأستاذ تؤطّر العلاقة التربوية، وتؤسّس للسلطة، وتؤثر بشكل مستدام في المتعلمين. لذلك تساعدك هذه الوحدة على فهم ما هي الوضعية المهنية وفق ELARAKI، والتمييز بين الوضعية الشخصية والوضعية المهنية، وتحديد الوضعيات غير المتوافقة مع المدرسة، وتعلّم تعديل وضعيتك بوعي في مواقف واقعية.
